色谱柱技术发展促进了高效液相色谱法在药物分析中更为广泛的应用。本文基于液相色谱柱及其填料的分类和核心技术进展,分析了液相色谱柱在药品标准中的应用情况,对在药品标准中使用和描述色谱柱提出一些建议,并论述了多种色谱分离模式的应用前景。

The development of chromatographic column technologies has promoted the widespread applications of high performance chromatography in pharmaceutical analysis. Based on the advancement of various types of liquid chromatographic column packings and key technologies, the applications of liquid chromatographic columns in the standardization of drugs were discussed, the recommendations on how to properly use and describe the columns in drug standardization were provided, and the application perspectives of various chromatographic separation modes were also reviewed.
