Orbitrap高分辨质谱技术在药物分析领域中的应用进展

静电场轨道阱(Orbitrap)质谱是一种新型的高分辨质谱技术,具有高分辨率,高质量精度及宽动态范围等优点。该技术已为生命科学、环境检测、食品安全等领域提供了强大的技术支持,在药物分析领域中也显示出极大的应用潜力。本文综述了近几年来Orbitrap质谱在药物分析领域中的应用进展,主要包括药物代谢、中药组分分析、药品杂质检查和中成药非法添加筛查4个方面,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Orbitrap mass spectrometry is a novel type of high resolution mass spectrometry technology with the advantages of high resolution,high mass accuracy and wide dynamic range.This technology has provided powerful technical support for the fields of life sciences,environmental monitoring,food safety and so on,and has shown great potential in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.This review summarized the applications of Orbitrap mass spectrometry in the field of pharmaceutical analysis in recent years,including four major aspects such as drug metabolism,component analysis of traditional Chinese medicines,detection of drug impurity and screening of illegal adulteration in herbal medicines.The application prospect of Orbitrap mass spectrometry was also discussed.
