代谢组学在结直肠癌肿瘤标志物发现中的研究进展

代谢组学用于各种癌症的早期诊断和个性化治疗，具有巨大潜力。科研工作者主要运用色谱-质谱联用、毛细管电泳-质谱以及核磁共振等代谢组学技术，在结直肠癌患者的细胞或组织匀浆液、血液、体液以及排泄物中发现小分子内源性代谢物的变化及变化规律，其中一些代谢物可能成为结直肠癌早期诊断、严重程度评估、过程预测等的肿瘤标志物。本文综述了基于代谢组学进行结直肠癌肿瘤标志物研究的进展，为结直肠癌肿瘤标志物进一步的寻找、发现、确证及临床应用提供参考。

Metabolomics has great potential for use in the early diagnosis and personalized treatment of various cancers including colorectal cancer. At present,by applying chromatography-mass spectrometry,capillary electophoresis-mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance and other metabolomics techniques,scientific researchers have found some small molecule endogenous metabolites and illuminated their metabolic pathways in cell or tissue homogenate,blood,body fluids and excreta of patients with colorectal cancer. Some metabolites can be used as tumor markers for early diagnosis,severity assessment and process prediction of colorectal cancer. This paper reviewed the up-to-date research advances of tumor markers in colorectal cancer based on metabolomics,which could provide references for further continuing search,discovery,confirmation and clinical application of tumor markers in colorectal cancer.
