目的:建立同时测定苏合香丸中龙脑、丁香酚及麝香酮的含量的气相色谱法。方法:气相色谱条件:DB-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm),氢火焰离子化检测器(FID);进样口温度200℃;检测器温度300℃;柱温以90℃为起始温度,以3℃·min-1升温至140℃,保持3 min,以5℃·min-1升温至280℃,保持15 min;载气为氮气,流速为1.5 mL·min-1;进样方式为分流进样,分流比20:1;进样量为1 μL。结果:龙脑、丁香酚、麝香酮的浓度分别在0.035~3.5 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7),0.02~2.1 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8),0.016~1.56 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7)的范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=9)分别为96.8%~98.7%,97.3%~100.3%,98.8%~100.4%。结论:该方法完善了现行标准,可高效、准确地同时测定苏合香丸中龙脑、丁香酚、麝香酮3个成分的含量。

Objective:To establish a GC method for the simultaneous determination of borneol,eugenol and muscone in Suhexiang pills.Methods:Chromatographic conditions:Capillary column DB-5(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)was used;The detector was FID;Inlet temperature was 200℃;The detector temperature was 300℃.The column temperature was programmed to start at 90℃,rise to 140℃ at a rate of 3℃·min-1,and then rise to 280℃ at a rate of 5℃·min-1,maintained for 15 min;Nitrogen(1.5 mL·min-1)was used as the carrying gas,and the split ratio was 20:1;the injection volume was 1 μL.Results:the linear ranges of borneol,eugenol and muscone acetate were 0.035-3.5 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7),0.02-2.1 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8),0.016-1.56 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7),respectively.Their average recovery rates(n=9)were 96.8%-98.7%,97.3%-100.3%,98.8%-100.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The established method has improved the existing standards and it was efficient and accurate for the determination of borneol,eugenol and muscone in Suhexiang pills.
