目的:建立香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)不同极性部位的HPLC指纹图谱,比较不同提取部位化学成分之间的差异,为全面评价香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)的质量提供参考。方法:将香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、三氯甲烷、正丁醇、甲醇依次提取,浓缩干燥,用甲醇溶解,建立HPLC指纹图谱,并采用相似度评价系统软件进行数据分析。结果:12批香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)石油醚共有模式共标记25个共有峰,指认了3个指纹峰(橙皮苷,和厚朴酚,去氢木香内酯);三氯甲烷共有模式共标记26个共有峰,指认了2个指纹峰(和厚朴酚,去氢木香内酯);乙酸乙酯共有模式共标记25个共有峰,指认了3个指纹峰(橙皮苷,和厚朴酚,去氢木香内酯);正丁醇共有模式共标记33个共有峰,指认了3个指纹峰(橙皮苷,和厚朴酚,去氢木香内酯);甲醇共有模式共标记29个共有峰,指认了3个指纹峰(橙皮苷,木香烃内酯,厚朴酚);同时,确定了5种不同提取部位共有模式中主要峰的来源。结论:实验中所建指纹图谱可以全面反映香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)的化学成分分布,为香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)的整体质量评价提供参考。

Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of different polarity fractions from Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed), compare the chemical composition differences between the polarity fractions from Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed), and provide a reference for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed).Method: Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed) were extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, n-butanol, and methyl alcohol, concentrated to extractum and then dried under reduced pressure to obtain powder.The samples were analyzed by HPLC fingerprints.The similarity evaluation software was used for data analysis.Result: 25 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and 3 common peaks (hesperidin, honokiol, dehydro-α-curcumene) were identified from the petroleum ether extract of Xiangshayangwei pills(condensed).A total of 26 common peaks and 2 common peaks (honokiol, dehydro-α-curcumene) were identified from the HPLC fingerprint of chloroform extracts.A total of 25 common peaks and 3 common peaks (hesperidin, honokiol, dehydro-α-curcumene) were identified from the ethyl acetate part of HPLC fingerprints.A total of 33 common peaks and 3 common peaks (hesperidin, honokiol, dehydro-α-curcumene) were identified from the HPLC fingerprint of n-butyl alcohol extraction.A total of 29 common peaks and 3 common peaks (hesperidin, costunolide, dehydro-α-curcumene) were identified from the methyl alcohol extraction.The fingerprint similarity of the same polarity fractions of Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed) is high and the chemical compositions of different polarity fractions have significant differences.At the same time, the source of the main peaks in the common patterns of the 5 different extracts were determined.Conclusion: The built fingerprints can fully reflect the distribution of the chemical composition of Xiangsha Yangwei pills(condensed).
