食品中罂粟壳成分残留检测技术及前处理技术研究进展

罂粟壳为罂粟科植物罂粟的干燥成熟果壳,作为药物其具有敛肺、涩肠、止痛之功效。但罂粟壳具有成瘾性,使用不当会带来一定危害。检测食品中罂粟壳成分残留,对于监管罂粟壳滥用、保障食品安全具有重要的意义。本文阐述罂粟壳残留分析检测的研究背景和现状,并对国内外罂粟壳成分残留的传统提取技术(溶剂提取法和液液萃取法)和新型提取技术(双水相萃取法、固相萃取法、QUECHERS法、分散液相微萃取法)等前处理方法及HPLC-MS/MS、LC、GC-MS、GC、HPCE、ELISA、TLC等检测方法进行综述,为食品中罂粟壳残留监控提供参考。

Pericarpium Papaveris is the dried mature shell of opium poppy,which has the function of astringing lung,intestine and analgesic.But Pericarpium Papaveris is addictive and the improper use of it will bring harm.The detection of Pericarpium Papaveris residues is of great significance for the regulation of the abuse of Pericarpium Papaveris and for the protection of food safety.This paper summarizes the background and current status of research on Pericarpium Papaveris residues,and reviews traditional techniques(solvent extraction and liquid-liquid extraction methods)and novel extraction techniques(aqueous two-phase extraction,solid phase extraction,QUECHERS and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction)for sample pretreatment and analytical methods(HPLC-MS/MS,LC,GC-MS,GC,HPCE,ELISA and TLC)for the determination of Pericarpium Papaveris residues in foods.It is hoped that this review can provide a reference for monitoring Pericarpium Papaveris residues in foods.
