目的:建立鸡骨草UPLC指纹图谱测定方法,对不同产地鸡骨草的质量进行较全面的评价。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,柱温35℃,流速0.3 mL·min-1。采用相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析3种方法对16批鸡骨草药材指纹图谱进行研究。结果:建立了鸡骨草药材的UPLC指纹图谱,确定了52个共有峰;通过相似度评价、聚类分析和主成分分析结果可知16批鸡骨草药材质量有差异,不同产地间和同一产地内药材均有一定差异,栽培品质量与野生品种之间有明显差异。结论:该方法为鸡骨草药材的质量控制提供了较为全面、有效的快速评价方法。

Objective:To establish a UPLC fingerprint method of Abri Herba,and to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the drug from different habitats.Methods:UPLC analysis was performed on an Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column (100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm),with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was controlled at 35℃.Similarity analysis,hierarchical clustering analysis and principal component analysis were undertaken to investigate fingerprints of 16 batches of Abri Herba.Results:UPLC fingerprint of Abri Herba was established and 52 common peaks were designated.The results showed that the quality of the batches of samples were not stable.Samples collected from the same region and different regions,and the wild and the cultivated samples all had certain differences.Conclusion:The proposed method offered a fast,holistic and effective method for the quality control of Abri Herba.
