HPLC法测定急性子中2个萘醌类成分

目的：建立测定急性子中2-甲氧基-1，4-萘醌和balsaminone A的方法，同时比较不同产地的急性子2种化学成分的差异。方法：采用RP-HPLC法，使用HYPERSIL ODS-2（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水（35：65），流速1.0 mL·min^-1，检测波长242 nm，进样量20 μL。结果：2-甲氧基-1，4-萘醌和balsaminone A的线性范围分别为0.02～0.66 μg和0.03～0.91 μg；加样回收率（n=6）为100.7%和100.9%，RSD为0.55%和0.65%。11批样品中2-甲氧基-1，4-萘醌含量为0.11～0.71 mg·g^-1，balsaminone A含量为0～0.09 mg·g^-1。结论：该方法为急性子中的2-甲氧基-1，4-萘醌和balsaminone A的含量测定提供了依据。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone and balsaminone A in the seed of Impatiens balsamina L.,and compare the differences of the content of two naphthoquinones in the seed of I. balsamina from different origins. Methods: Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography was applied. The column was HYPERSIL ODS-2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35:65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 242 nm,and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results: The linearity ranges of 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone and balsaminone A were 0.02-0.66 μg and 0.03-0.91 μg,respectively;their average recoveries(n=6) were 100.7% and 100.9%,and their RSDs were 0.55% and 0.65%,respectively. The determination results of 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone and balsaminone A from eleven batches of samples were 0.11-0.71 mg·g^-1 and 0-0.09 mg·g^-1. Conclusions: The established method provides a basis for the determination of two naphthoquinones in the seed of I. balsamina.
