脂质组学在高脂血症的研究进展

由于饮食结构的转变，高脂血症目前已成为影响中老年人健康的重要疾病之一，也是导致动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和高血压等心血管疾病的重要因素。脂质组学技术对高脂血症的研究具有积极的促进作用，并已取得一些显著成果。本文在查阅相关文献资料的基础上，总结了脂质组学在高脂血症的动物实验与临床研究中的应用，探讨高脂血症影响的脂质标示物，以及降脂药物对其的影响。

With the transformation of people's dietary structure,currently hyperlipidemia has become a health hazard for the elderly and one of the most threatening diseases. Hyperlipidemia is also a major risk factor for some cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease and hypertension. Lipidomics exerts a crucial effect on hyperlipidemic studies and its applications in hyperlipidemia have been strongly promoted via numerous achievements. Based on relevant lipidomic literatures,this review summarized the lipidomic applications in animal and clinical investigations of hyperlipidemia. Furthermore,the lipidomic biomarkers of hyperlipidemia and their interventions by lipid-lowering agents were discussed.
