鱼油由鱼类动物体加工提炼而成,主要有效成分为不饱和脂肪酸。现代药理学研究表明,鱼油具有抗氧化、降血脂、改善记忆、调节免疫等多种生物活性。本文在广泛的文献检索基础上,对鱼油的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,以期为鱼油进一步的开发利用提供参考。

Fish oil is refined from sea fish and its main bioactive components are long polyunsaturated fatty acids. According to the modern pharmacology,fish oil has effect of being anti-oxidation,reducing blood lipid,improving memory and immune regulation. This article classified and summarized the chemical constituents and their related pharmacological activity,so as to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of fish oil.
