灵芝孢子粉具有多种生理活性和药理作用,以其为原料开发的系列保健品、药品、功能性食品与日俱增,而良莠不齐、真假难辨的质量问题也逐渐凸显。迄今为止,灵芝孢子粉尚未有法定的质量标准用于评判其品质的优劣。本综述总结了近年来灵芝孢子粉的质量分析方法,从鉴别与检查、活性成分分析、安全性评价3个方面着手研究,汇总了破壁率、含油率检查,三萜类、多糖类、核苷类、甾醇类、生物碱类、脂肪酸类、氨基酸类化合物及微量元素等多种活性物质的测定,以及重金属元素、有机溶剂的残留等安全性检测等,全面评价灵芝孢子粉质量分析的各种方法,为灵芝孢子粉的深入研究和开发利用提供参考的依据。

There are an increasing number of health products,medicines and functional food developed using Ganoderma spore powder as raw materials for its variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects.Then,the quality issues of Ganoderma spore powder have been gradually highlighted,Mainly because the products are of varying quality.So far,there is no statutory quality standard to evaluate the quality of Ganoderma spore powder.In this article,the quality analysis methods for Ganoderma spore powder were reviewed,and the inspection of broken rate and oil content,the determination of triterpenes,polysaccharides,nucleosides,sterols,alkaloids,fatty acids,amino acid compounds and trace elements,and security detection of heavy metal elements and organic solvent residues were summarized from three aspects: identification and inspection,active ingredient
