目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定维药古丽娜中没食子酸、柯里拉京和鞣花酸的含量。方法:采用Venusil XBP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)和0.4%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量10μL。结果:没食子酸,柯里拉京和鞣花酸的线性范围分别为0.585~9.360(r=0.9997)、0.537~8.592(r=0.9996)和0.393~6.288μg(r=0.9990),平均回收率分别为100.8%(RSD=2.8%)、102.3%(RSD=2.0%)和98.16%(RSD=2.0%);不同产地中古丽娜药材没食子酸,柯里拉京和鞣花酸含量存在差异。结论:该方法简单快捷,重复性和稳定性较好,可用于维药古丽娜中没食子酸、柯里拉京和鞣花酸的测定,为古丽娜的质量控制提供参考。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of content of gallic acid, corilagin and ellagic acid in Uighur medicine GuLiNa.Methods: The determination was carried out on a Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with a gradient elution.The mobile phase consists of acetonitrile (A) and 0.4% phosphoric acid(B) solution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the column temperature was at 25℃.Results: The linear ranges of gallic acid, corilagin and ellagic acid were 0.585-9.360 μg(r=0.999 7), 0.537-8.592 μg(r=0.999 6) and 0.393-6.288 μg (r=0.999 0) respectively, and the average recoveries of gallic acid, corilagin and ellagic acid were 100.8% (RSD=2.8%), 102.3%(RSD=2.0%) and 98.2%(RSD=2.0%), respectively.The content of gallic acid, corilagin and ellagic acid varied in different regions of GuLiNa.Conclusion: The established method, which is simple, accurate, and reproducible, can be used for smiultaneously determinating the content of gallic acid, corolagin and ellagic acid in Uighur medicine GuLiNa.The present study can provide reference for the quality control of GuLiNa.
