基于尿样代谢组学的中药药效及毒性研究进展

代谢组学主要是通过分析生物体受到外界刺激后产生的相对分子质量低的内源性代谢产物来推断生物体的生理病理状态。代谢组学研究的整体、动态特点与中医药的整体和辩证论治特点相吻合,代谢组学已应用于中药现代化研究,推动了中医药的发展。本文查阅国内外有关代谢组学在单味中药及中药复方中的药效以及毒性方面研究的文献,总结了代谢组学在中药现代化研究中的成果,为该方面的研究提供参考。

Metabolomics is the study of holistic changes in the endogenous low molecular weight metabolites of living systems and their dynamic responses to external stimuli(including pathological stimuli and drug treatments)to understand physiopathological states. Holistic investigation of metabolomics is in agreement with the holistic thinking of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). Metabolomic methods and technologies have been applied to the modernization of Chinese materia medica research and improved the development of TCM. Based on the literature, this paper introduced the application of metabolomics in the research of pharmacodynamics and toxicity mechanism of single TCM and compound TCM and summarized the achievement of metabolomics in modernization of TCM in order to provide a reference for future research in this field.
