绿色分析技术及其在药物分析中的应用研究进展

用于药物分析的色谱和光谱等分析法需要大量有机溶剂,并产生大量挥发性废弃物,对环境有害。减少或消除有机溶剂消耗而又无损分析效果的绿色分析技术日益受到重视。本文就色谱、光谱及其它分析技术的绿色化策略的最新进展进行了综述。重点从降低溶剂消耗和使用绿色替代溶剂两方面来阐述绿色液相色谱技术的发展,包括绿色样品制备技术、快速液相色谱、液相系统的小型化及乙醇、纯水等替代溶剂的使用。并简单介绍气相色谱法、生物分析技术、光谱法及其他分析技术的绿色化应用进展。同时,本文还就绿色分析技术在药物分析中的发展趋势进行了讨论和展望。

Pharmaceutical analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopic methods require large volumes of organic solvents and generate large amounts of waste which are volatile and harmful to the environment.Development of green analytical technologies has been receiving increasing attention aiming at eliminating or reducing the amount of organic solvents consumed without loss in the performance of analytical instruments.This review provided recent advances of strategies for green analytical technologies,including chromatography,electro-analysis and other aspects of green analytical technologies.The current trends in green liquid chromatography were emphasized,and the greening tasks could be achieved by reducing solvent consumption and replacing existing solvent with ethanol,pure water and other green alternatives.In trials to reduce solvent consumption,methods of green sample preparation techniques (supercritical fluid extraction and solid phase extraction,et al.),fast liquid chromatography (different column technologies:monolithic columns,fully porous sub-2 μm and superficially porous particles,mobile phase temperature),miniaturization of analytical devices were used.Then a brief introduction to green aspects of gas chromatography,green bio-analytical techniques,spectroscopic methods and other green analytical technologies was given.Meanwhile,future trends of green pharmaceutical technologies in pharmaceutical analysis were discussed and the development prospects of these tools used in reducing environmental impact were also reviewed.
