目的: 筛选、优化 养心颗粒的最佳制备工艺. 方法: 以溶剂量(6、8、10倍量水)、煎煮时间(0.5、1、1.5 h)、煎煮次数(1、2、3次)为正交试验考察因素和水平,以养心颗粒高效液相色谱图中葛根素、阿魏酸、橙皮苷、丹酚酸B、甘草酸铵、五味子醇甲6种活性成分 含量为指标进行综合评价,优选养心颗粒制备工艺. 结果: 由正交试验直观分析可知,各因素对提取工艺的影响顺序为溶剂体积> 提取次数> 提取时间;由方差分析可知,溶剂体积、提取次数因素对制备工艺有显著 性影响.根据直观分析K值确定最佳制备工艺条件为A2B2C2. 结论: 筛选出最佳提取工艺条件为以8倍量水100 ℃回流2次,每次1 h.

Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Yangxin particles. Methods: Orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the preparation process of Yangxin particles by taking the amount of solvent(6,8,10 times),decocting time span(0.5,1,1.5 h) and decocting times(1,2,3 times) as investigation factors.The contents of six active ingredient substances (puerarin,ferulic acid,hesperidin,salvianolic acid B,monoammonium glycyrrhizinate,schisandrin) in Yangxin particle were analyzed as a comprehensive evaluation index. Results: Orthogonal experimental visual analysis showed that the order of the factors influencing the preparation process was the solvent volume,extraction times and extraction time.The variance analysis showed that the volume of solvent and extraction times had significant impact on the preparation process.The optimum preparation condition was A2B2C2,which was determined by the K value of the visual analysis. Conclusion: The optimum preparation process was selected as follows: 1 h extraction with 8 volumes of water at 100℃ for twice .
