不同叶形曼陀罗叶结构比较及鉴别方法研究

目的: 建立曼陀罗叶结构分析及性状显微鉴别方法,为进一步完善质量标准提供基础。方法: 依据叶结构分析方法对曼陀罗叶特征规范描述量化对比,同时使用植物形态学和性状显微鉴别的方法对其形态比对分析研究。结果: 曼陀罗叶叶片形态特征多变;主要表现在叶形、叶主脉两侧同编号裂片形态及叶基部形态;显微特征主要表现在叶草酸钙结晶晶型,叶主脉维管束的形态,导管排列和孔径的差异。结论: 研究结果为规范药材质量标准用语、曼陀罗叶鉴别及质量标准修订提高提供参考。

Objective: To establish methods of morphologic analysis and microscopic identification of leaves of Datura stramonium,so as to provide the basis for further improvement of quality standard. Methods: The standard descriptions of leaf characteristics of D. stramonium were quantitatively compared by method of leaf structural analysis,and the morphological characteristics of the leaves were compared by means of plant morphology and microscopic identification. Results: Morphological characteristics of leaves of D. stramonium were diverse,mainly manifesting in the leaf shape,the lobe shape of the same serial number between the major vein and the basal insertion. The microscopic features manifested in the crystal form of calcium oxalate,the morph of vascular bundle of major vein,the arrangement of duct and the pore diameter. Conclusion: The research results can provide the basis for standard terms of quality description,D. stramonium identification,and quality standard revision.
