不同品牌冰醋酸对非水滴定法测定双氯芬酸钠含量结果的影响

目的: 研究不同品牌冰醋酸作为溶剂对双氯芬酸钠含量测定实验结果的影响。方法: 分别使用6种不同品牌的冰醋酸作为溶剂,应用统计学方法分析研究不同品牌冰醋酸对实验结果的影响。结果: 通过F检验方差分析,使用不同品牌的冰醋酸作为溶剂,双氯芬酸钠含量测定结果有显著性差异。结论: 不同品牌冰醋酸作为溶剂对双氯芬酸钠含量测定实验结果具有显著性影响。

Objective: To study the effects of different brands of glacial acetic acid as solvents on the content determination of sodium diclofenac in experiment. Methods: Six different brands of glacial acetic acid were used as solvents,and statistical methods were used to analyze the influence of glacial acetic acid of different brands on the experimental results. Results: Through F test and analysis of variance,using different brands of glacial acetic acid as solvents,the content of diclofenac sodium was significantly different. Conclusion: Different brands of glacial acetic acid as solvents have significant effects on the experimental results of content determination of diclofenac sodium.
