阿昔洛韦及相关抗病毒化合物的振动光谱分析

目的: 建立阿昔洛韦及相关抗病毒化合物的红外和拉曼光谱分析方法。方法: 采集了抗病毒药物喷昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦、更昔洛韦、伐昔洛韦的红外光谱和拉曼光谱,分别归属其振动光谱峰并分析比较光谱差异与结构之间的关系。结果: 和红外光谱一样,拉曼光谱可以给出关于化合物结构的指纹信息,并可和红外光谱相互补充佐证。结论: 建立的方法可用于阿昔洛韦及相关抗病毒化合物的鉴别。

Objective: To develop methods of IR and Raman spectrum analysis for acyclovir and related antiviral compounds. Methods: IR spectra and Raman spectra of the antiviral drugs(penciclovir,acyclovir,ganciclovir,valaciclovir)were collected respectively,and the attribution of the observed frequencies in the spectra and their association with specific modes of vibration were assigned. According to the structure,the similarities and differences among them were compared and studied. Results: Raman spectra,similar and complementary to IR spectra,can give the fingerprint information on the corresponding structures of compounds. Conclusion: The method can be used for the identification of acyclovir and related antiviral compounds.
