盘龙七的质量标准研究

目的:建立盘龙七药材的质量标准。方法:测定不同采收期或不同采集地盘龙七的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、重金属、砷盐的含量;采用TLC对盘龙七进行理化鉴别;采用HPLC测定盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量。结果:盘龙七的质量标准确定为:水分不得过14.3%,总灰分不得过15.2%,酸不溶性灰分不得过4.6%,水浸出物不得低于4.8%,95%乙醇浸出物不得低于3.7%,挥发性醚浸出物不得低于4.9%,铅的含量小于0.002%,砷盐含量小于0.0001%,岩白菜素含量应不少于2.3%。结论:本文建立的方法可作为评价盘龙七质量的标准。

Objective: To establish the quality standard of medicinal Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae. Methods: Moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, extract, heavy metals, arsenic salt in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae during different harvest periods or from different collection sites were determined. TLC was used to conduct physicochemical identification of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae. The content of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae was determined by HPLC. Results: It was suggested that the quality standard of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae could be tentatively arranged as follows:moisture not more than 14.3%,total ash not more than 15.2%,acid insoluble ash not more than 4.6%,water soluble extraction not less than 4.8%,95% alcohol-soluble extraction not less than 3.7%,volatile ether extraction not less than 4.9%,Pb not more than 0.002%,arsenical salt not more than 0.0001%, bergenin not less than 2.3%. Conclusion: The established methods can be used to evaluate the quality of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosa.
