X-射线荧光元素分析技术快速筛查化妆品中铅、汞、砷、锑

目的: 用X-射线荧光元素分析技术建立快速筛查化妆品中铅、汞、锑、砷的方法。方法: 本方法采用便携式X射线荧光元素分析仪,研究了乳液、霜及粉底对待测元素的基体影响,研究了元素间的干扰,考察了测量模式、测试时间和样品厚度对测量结果的影响。结果: 样品不需预处理,采用校正工作曲线法,均获得了非常好的线性,铅、汞、锑、砷回收率分别为98.3%、94.0%、89.1%、102.6%,检出限为铅2 mg·kg-1、砷2 mg·kg-1、汞3 mg·kg-1、锑4 mg·kg-1。对12种市售样品进行检测,并与ICP-AES数据比较,数据结果t检验分别为0.107、0.134,大于0.05,2种方法无显著性差异。结论: 该方法适用于快速筛查化妆品中的铅、汞、砷、锑。

Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of Pb,Hg,Sb and As elements in cosmetics by X-ray fluorescence elemental technology. Methods: The portable elemental analyzer of X-ray fluorescence was prepared to study the matrix effect of emulsion,cream and foundation on elements to be determined and interference between elements,the effects of measurement mode,measurement time and sample thickness on determination results were also investigated. Results: Without pretreatment to samples,the linear ranges were obtained by calibration curve method.The average recoveries were 93.3%,94.0%,89.1% and 102.6% respectively for Pb,Hg,Sb and As.The detection limits were 2 mg·kg-1,2 mg·kg-1,3 mg·kg-1,and 4 mg·kg-1 for Pb,As,Hg and Sb.Totally 12 kinds of commercial samples were tested and compared with data obtained by ICP-AES method.The value of t test was 0.107,0.134,which was higher than 0.05,indicating there was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the rapid determination of Pb,Hg,As and Sb in cosmetics.
