目的: 建立微生态活菌制品地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒活菌数的测定方法。方法: 稀释液为灭菌生理盐水,采用营养琼脂平皿涂布法37 ℃培养18~24 h。结果: 该方法在2~326 CFU·皿-1范围内菌落计数结果与预期菌落计数呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=1.0082X-1.8532(r=0.9997);回收率为99.5%(n=9)。结论: 本方法经方法验证,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method for live bacteria counting of Bacillus licheniformis particles. Methods: The sterilized saline was used as a diluent.Bacillus licheniformis was spread and grew on nutrient agar at 37 ℃ for 18-24 hours. Results: This method showed a good linear relationship (Y=1.0082X-1.8532,r=0.9997)for counting results with the expected count in the range of 2-326 CFU·plate-1.And the recovery was 99.5% (n=9). Conclusion: The methodology validation showed that the method was accurate,reliable,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of viable Bacillus licheniformis particles.
