性激素的定量分析在生命科学、临床医学等研究领域和检验检测工作中起着重要的作用。性激素在生物体内含量极低,由于其化学结构中缺少可离子化的官能团,液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MSn)分析时检测灵敏度不高。利用衍生化技术对其进行结构修饰是提高质谱响应的有效手段。本文对性激素LC-MSn检测的柱前衍生化方法的研究近况进行综述,并探讨了存在的问题,为今后性激素衍生化的深入研究提供参考。

Quantification of sex hormones plays an important role in the research fields of life science,clinical medicine,as well as laboratory analysis work.Sex hormones have extremely low contents in biological matrices.Lack of ionized groups in the chemical structure leads to poor sensitivity to LC-MSn.It is an effective way to enhance the response of mass spectrometer by modifying the chemical structure of sex hormones through derivatization technology.This review summarizes the pre-column derivatization methods used for the analysis of sex hormones by LC-MSn and discusses the existing problems.It is aimed at providing reference for further studies on derivatization of sex hormones.
