附子具有强心、抗炎、抗风湿性关节炎等功效,其主要生物活性成分是生物碱。本综述主要介绍附子生物碱的化学成分和质量控制分析方法的研究进展。特别对用于质量控制的分析方法如光谱法、薄层色谱法(TLC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、液-质联用法(LC-MS)、毛细管电泳法(CE)、高速逆流色谱法(HSCCC)进行了详细的论述,为今后附子的研究与应用提供必要的参考。

Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)has been used in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,asthma and inflammation.The main bioactive constituents of Fuzi are alkaloids.This review describes the research progress in components and quality control analysis of alkaloids in Fuzi.Quality control methods are specially summarized in detail,including spectroscopy,thin-layer chromatography(TLC),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),capillary electrophoresis(CE)and high-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC).This review can provide the foundation for further study and application of Fuzi.
