目的 :制备及表征罗丹明B分子印迹毛细管整体柱并用于样品检测。 方法:采用新型三元混合致孔剂,经紫外光引发、原位聚合制备罗丹明B分子印迹固相微萃取毛细管整体柱,用蠕动泵在一定的压力下洗脱模板分子,考察制备及洗脱过程中的主要因素;采用HPLC法对柱性能进行表征。色谱条件:色谱柱为Acclaim 120 C18柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶ 25),流速0.6 mL·min-1,检测波长550 nm;对市售辣椒样品中的罗丹明B进行测量。 结果:探索并确定了该柱的合成、洗脱及应用条件,实际样品测量的回收率介于102%~109%。 结论:该柱对罗丹明B具有高灵敏度及选择性,可以对罗丹明B样品进行简单、高效的前处理。

Objective: To prepare and characterize the rhodamine B molecular imprinted capillary monolithic column for sample testing. Methods: A new type of tri-mixed solvent was used as the porogen,the rhodamine B molecular imprinted capillary monolithic column was synthesized through in situ polymerization by UV irradiation.The template molecular was removed by peristaltic pump under a given pressure.The main factors affecting the synthesis and remove procedure were investigated.The performance of the column was tested by HPLC.A Acclaim 120 C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) column was adopted,the mixture of methanol and water(75∶ 25) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was at 550 nm.This method was applied to the determination of rhodamine B in samples of commercial pepper. Results: The conditions for synthesis,elution and application of the column were explored and identified.The recoveries of determination of real samples ranged from 102%to 109%. Conclusion: The results show that the obtained column exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity,it can be used as a simple,efficient pretreatment method for rhodamine B samples.
