目的:建立硫熏中药材中二氧化硫残留的快速检测方法。 方法:利用亚硫酸盐与硫酸反应产生二氧化硫的原理,采用高场非对称波形离子迁移谱(FAIMS)技术快速检测中药中二氧化硫残留;并用GC-MS法和中国药典附录方法分别进行定性和定量验证。 结果:FAIMS法可对中药中二氧化硫进行快速定性并定量。二氧化硫的线性范围为3.0~150 mg·kg-1(r=0.9982),检出限为3 mg·kg-1,回收率在77.1%~88.7%范围内,RSD为0.5%~4.9%(n=6)。 结论:该法测定结果与药典法对比无显著性差异,方法学验证结果表明适用于中药材二氧化硫残留量的快速定性和定量筛选测定。

Objective: To establish a rapid analysis method of sulfur dioxide in stoved Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: Based on the reaction of sodium sulfite and sulfuric acid to generate sulfur dioxide,the high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry(FAIMS)was used for sensitive and fast determination of sulfur dioxide in Chinese herbal medicine.The qualitative and quantitative method validation was carried out by the GC-MS method and the method in Chinese pharmacopoeia appendix. Results: The residues of sulfur dioxide in samples could be determined by FAIMS.The linear range was 3.0-150 mg·kg-1(r=0.9982)and the limit of detection(LOD)was 3 mg·kg-1.The average recovery was 77.1%-88.7%,RSD was 0.5%-4.9%(n=6). Conclusion: There was no significant difference between the results obtained with this method and those with the pharmacopoeia method,and the methodology validation showed that the method could provide a reference for fast detection and quantification of sulfur dioxide in Chinese herbal medicine.
