气相色谱法测定乳香风湿气雾剂中二甲苯麝香的残留量

目的:建立气相色谱法测定乳香风湿气雾剂中二甲苯麝香含量。方法:采用以交联5%苯基甲基聚合硅胶氧烷为固定相的毛细管柱,ECD检测;程序升温初始温度160 ℃,以6 ℃·min-1升至230 ℃,再以30 ℃·min-1升至300 ℃,保持3 min;进样口温度230 ℃,检测器温度300 ℃。结果:二甲苯麝香浓度在0.4~5.0 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=5)为96.2%,RSD为4.5%。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于乳香风湿气雾剂中二甲苯麝香的限量检查。

Objective: To establish the GC method for determination of musk xylene in Ruxiang Fengshi aerosol. Methods: Capillary column with 5% phenyl methyl siloxane polymeric silicone was adopted as the stationary phase,and the signals were detected with ECD.The temperature programing rose from 160 ℃ to 230 ℃ at a rate of 6 ℃·min-1,then to 300 ℃ at a rate of 30 ℃·min-1,which lasted for 3 min in the end.The inlet temperature of the capillary column was 230 ℃,and the temperature of the detector was 300 ℃. Results: Musk xylene had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.4-5.0 μg·mL-1.The average recovery(n=5) was 96.2% and RSD was 4.5%. Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and accurate,with good reproducibility.It can be used for the limit test of musk xylene in Ruxiang Fengshi aerosol.
