目的:研究X-射线荧光元素分析技术快速检测膏状化妆品中汞的检测方法。方法:用一种不含汞的膏状化妆品作为空白基质,配制出一系列含不同浓度汞的标准样品,直接测定,建立膏状基质的标准曲线,再测定多种相似基质的化妆品。结果:汞含量在5~100 mg·kg-1范围内线性关系良好,Y=1.1297X+0.7091,r=0.9985;精密度试验的RSD(n=6)在4.1%~5.3%范围内;回收率范围在95.5%~105.2%之间;检出限为5 mg·kg-1。结论:本方法适用于基质相似的多种化妆品中汞含量的检测,X-射线荧光元素分析技术可以快速检测膏状化妆品中汞含量。

Objective: To study the method of rapid detection of mercury in the paste cosmetics by technology of elemental analysis with X-ray fluorescence. Methods: Paste cosmetics that did not contain mercury were used as the blank matrix to prepare a series of samples containing different concentrations of mercury which were determined directly.A standard curve of the paste matrix was established and then a variety of similar matrix cosmetics were determined. Results: The linear range was 5-100 mg·kg-1,Y=1.1297X+0.7091,r=0.9985;RSD (n=6) of the precision test was 4.1%-5.3%.The recovery (n=6) was 95.5%-105.2%.The detection limit was 5 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the detection of mercury content in the matrix similar to a variety of cosmetics;the technology of elemental analysis by X-ray fluorescence can quickly detect the mercury content in the paste cosmetics.
