目的:建立以槲皮素为内参物,同时测定窝儿七中3个活性成分(槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素)的一测多评法。方法:以窝儿七为研究对象,以槲皮素为内参物,建立鬼臼毒素、山柰素2个成分相对于槲皮素的相对校正因子。采用外标法测定窝儿七中槲皮素的含量,通过相对校正因子对其他2个成分进行定量分析,并将该方法的测定结果与外标法的测定结果相比较。结果:各成分相对校正因子重现性良好。槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素按一测多评方法与外标法测定结果无显著差异。结论:本文建立的方法经方法学验证,可为控制窝儿七的内在质量提供参考。

Objective: To establish a new quantitative method for simultaneous determination of three bioactive ingredients (quercetin,podophyllotoxin,kaempferol) in Diphylleia sinensis Li using one chemical reference substance,and to validate its feasibility. Methods: The quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker was established and validated with Diphylleia sinensis Li.Three main ingredients were evaluated and their relative correlation factors were determined by HPLC.The contents of quercetin in the samples of Diphylleia sinensis Li were calculated using the external standard method,and the contents of the other two ingredients were calculated by their relative correlation factors.The contents of these two ingredients in all samples were also determined using the external standard method. Results: The relative correlation factors of quercetin,podophyllotoxin and kaempferol all showed good reproducibility within certain ranges.For all three components,there was no significant difference between the quantitative results of the two methods. Conclusion: The methodology validation showed that the method is suitable for evaluating the contents of the three main bioactive ingredients in Diphylleia sinensis Li,which provides reference for controlling the internal quality of Diphylleia sinensis Li.
