红花中一种新掺伪染料的确认及6种染色成分检测方法研究

目的:确认红花药材中一种新掺伪染色的染料成分,并建立所发现的6种染色成分的检测方法。 方法:采用制备薄层与液相色谱-质谱联用的方法,对染色成分进行鉴定;建立红花药材中柠檬黄、胭脂红、日落黄、偶氮玉红、酸性红73、金橙Ⅱ 6种染色成分的TLC、HPLC、LC-MS检测方法。 结果:经与对照品对照,确认红花药材中新发现的染色成分为偶氮玉红;107批红花药材中,31批有掺伪染色现象,其中23批为2种以上染料染色。 结论:偶氮玉红首次被发现用于红花药材染色;红花药材染色情况呈现多样化、复杂化趋势。

Objective: To identify a new adulteration dye and to establish detection methods for six adulteration dyes in Carthami Flos. Methods: PTLC and LC-MS were used for identification of the adulteration dye. TLC,HPLC and LC-MS analytical methods were established for analysis of six adulteration dyes in Carthami Flos,including tartrazine,new coccine,sunset yellow FCF,azorubin,acid red 73 and orange Ⅱ. Results: According to the comparison result with reference compound,the unknown dye was identified as azorubin. In the 107 samples tested,31 samples were detected with adulteration dyes,among which 23 samples were dyed with two or more dyes. Conclusion: This is the first report of azorubin used as an adulteration dye in Carthamus Flos. The situation of adulteration dye usage in Carthamus Flos showed a trend of diversity and complication.
