目的:分析鉴定天平山淫羊藿叶片部位的化学成分。方法:采用高分离度快速液相色谱-离子阱质谱联用法。选用Agilent Proshell 120 C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm),以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~10 min,10%B→22%B;10~30 min,22%B→27%B;30~35 min,27%B→42%B;35~40 min,42%B→45%B;40~55 min,45%B→75%B),流速0.4 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,270 nm、正离子模式检测。结果:从天平山淫羊藿叶片部位鉴定出11个化合物,木兰花碱(magnoflorine)、朝藿定A1(hexandraside F)、朝藿定B(epimedin B)、朝藿定C(epimedin C)、宝藿苷Ⅵ(baohuosideⅥ)、淫羊藿苷(icariin)、淫羊藿素-3-O-α-鼠李糖苷(icaritin-3-O-α-rhamnoside)、箭藿苷A(sagittatoside A)、箭藿苷B(sagittatoside B)、鼠李糖淫羊藿次苷(2"-O-rhamnosylicarisideⅡ)、宝藿苷Ⅰ(baohuosideⅠ),其中10个黄酮苷类成分和1个生物碱类成分。结论: RRLC-MS2能快速地鉴定出天平山淫羊藿中的化学成分,为进一步阐明该品种物质基础,提高其质量控制水平,提供了实验基础。

Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Epimedium myrianthum Stearn.Methods:An rapid resolution liquid chromatography(RRLC)-ion trap mass spectrometry method was adopted.The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent Proshell 120 C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm),with 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile as the mobile phase for gradient separation (0-10 min,10%B→22%B;10-30 min,22%B→27%B;30-35 min,27%B→42%B;35-40 min,42%B→45%B;40-55 min,45%B→75%B).The flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1;the column temperature was controlled at 25℃;and the chemical constituents were detected at the wavelength of 270 nm in positive mode.Results:Eleven compounds were identified by RRLC-MSn,including ten flavonoid glycoside and one alkaloid:magnoflorine,hexandraside F,epimedin B,epimedin C,baohuoside Ⅵ,icariin,icaritin-3-O-α-rhamnoside,sagittatoside A,sagittatoside B,2”-O-rhamnosylicariside Ⅱ and baohuosideⅠ,including 10 kinds of flavonoid glycoside and 1 kind of alkaloids.Conclusion:The approach of RRLC-MS2 can quickly identify the compounds in E.myrianthum,which provides an experimental basis not only for the further clarification of the material foundation but also the improvement of the quality control in this species.
