目的:建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定三七伤药片中芍药苷、柚皮苷、人参皂苷Rg1及人参皂苷Rb1 4个成分的含量。方法:采用BEH C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm(0~5 min,芍药苷)、283 nm(5~10 min,柚皮苷)、203 nm(10~30 min,人参皂苷Rg1及人参皂苷Rb1),柱温40 ℃,进样量1 μL。结果:芍药苷、柚皮苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1浓度在相应范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系。不同厂家的三七伤药片4个成分的含量参差不齐,君药三七中人参皂苷Rg1及人参皂苷Rb1的含量差距尤为显著。结论:该法可同时测定三七伤药片中4个成分的含量,分析速度快,溶剂用量少,重复性好,为三七伤药片的质量评价提供参考。

Objective: To establish a UPLC method to simultaneously determine 4 kinds of constituents in Sanqi Shangyao tablets, namely,paeoniflorin,naringin,ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1. Methods: The BEH C18 column(50 mm ×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution system at a velocity of 0.4 mL·min-1;the wavelength was 230 nm(0-5 min)for paeoniflorin,283 nm(5-10 min)for naringin,203 nm(10-30 min)for ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1.The column temperature was 40 ℃;the injection volume was 1 μL. Results: Paeoniflorin,naringin,ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 showed good linear relationship respectively with the peak area in the corresponding range of concentration.The content of four constituents of Sanqi Shangyao tablets varied a lot among different manufactures,and the difference between ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 in monarch drug of Radix Notoginseng was especially obvious. Conclusion: The UPLC method can be used for the simultaneous determination of 4 constituents in Sanqi Shangyao tablets with the fast analysis speed,small amount of solvent and good repeatability,which provides a reference method for quality assessment of Sanqi Shangyao tablets.
