原子荧光法测定葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中微量砷的含量

目的: 建立原子荧光测定葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中微量砷的分析方法。 方法: 采用硝酸-硫酸湿法消解,结合硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液还原5价砷为3价砷进行样品前处理,检测波长为193.7 nm,灯电流为60 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm。 结果: 被测溶液含砷量在12.0~60.0 ng·mL-1浓度范围内与荧光强度呈较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.6%,最低定量限为12 ng·mL-1结论: 本法可作为葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中微量砷的检测方法。

Objective: To establish an atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS)method for the determination of trace arsenic in glucose and sodium chloride injection. Methods: The samples were pretreated by nitric acid-sulfuric acid wet digestion combined with thiourea-ascorbic acid solution,which reduced As(V)to As(III).The detection wavelength was 193.7 nm for arsenic with the lamp current at 60 mA,and the slit-width was 0.4 nm. Results: The concentration of arsenic in range of 12.0-60.0 ng·mL-1 showed good linearity with the fluorescence intensity,and the average recovery was 98.6%.The minimum detection limit was 12 ng·mL-1. Conclusion: This method is accurate,simple,and effective for the determination of trace arsenic in glucose and sodium chloride injection.
