市售化橘红质量评价

Study on the quality of commercial Exocarpium Citri Grandis

目的: 采用HPLC法测定化橘红药材中柚皮苷、柚皮芸香苷、野漆树苷的含量,考察市售化橘红药材的质量现状。 方法: 采用Kromasil C18(5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm)柱,以甲醇-0.1磷酸(47:53)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为283 nm。 结果: 柚皮苷、柚皮芸香苷、野漆树苷进样量分别在0.061~3.05 μg、0.041~2.05 μg、0.040~2.01 μg范围内呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=5)分别为97.5%(RSD=1.2%)、97.2%(RSD=1.4%)和96.2%(RSD=1.1%)。 结论: 本文试验收集的43份样品测定结果显示化橘红中以上3种成分的含量差异较大。

Objective: To study the quality of Exocarpium Citri Grandis by determining the contents of naringin,narirutin,and rhoifolin. Methods: The three flavonoids were separated by HPLC on C18 column(5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm)with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid water(47:53)as the mobile phase and detected at 283 nm. Results: The linear range of naringin,narirutin and rhoifolin was 0.061-3.05 μg,0.041-2.05 μg,and 0.040-2.01 μg,respectively;the average recovery (n=5)was 97.5%(RSD=1.2%), 97.2%(RSD=1.4%) and 96.2%(RSD=1.1%), respectively. Conclusion: There was significant difference in the content of 3 components of Exocarpium Citri Grandis sold on market.
