黄芪药材质量评价研究现状

黄芪是我国常用传统中药材之一，有很高的食用及药用价值，其质量关系到用药的安全性和有效性。本论文通过查阅中国知网，万方及Pubmed等数据库，对近14年来（1999～2013年）国内外黄芪性状及显微鉴定、薄层色谱、理化鉴定、指纹图谱、分子鉴定、农残评价等技术方法的51篇相关研究文献进行了分析、归纳和整理，期望为黄芪的质量评价提供参考和依据。

Astragali Radix is one of the common traditional Chinese medicines in our country,and has high edible and medicinal value.Its quality is related to drug safety and efficacy.Through referring to the collection of scientific literature in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and Pubmed,51 papers in last 14 years from 1999 to 2013 were summarized and analyzed in terms of the methods of quality evaluation of Astragali Radix,including morphological identification,microscopic identification,thin-layer chromatography,physicochemical analysis,fingerprinting,molecular identification and pesticide residue evaluation,which would provide reference and basis for evaluating the quality of Astragali Radix.
