液质联用（LC-MS/MS）分析技术的发展为药物体内代谢产物研究提供了简便、快速的分析方法，应用该技术对药物代谢产物进行分析，一般包括LC-MS/MS谱的数据采集、数据处理、结构鉴定等步骤。本文分别对近几年LC-MS技术在药物代谢研究的数据采集、数据处理、结构鉴定3个方面中的应用进行阐述，为药物代谢的LC-MS研究提供方法和策略。

The development of LC-MS/MS technology provides a simple and rapid method for drug metabolites study. The application of this technique generally involves LC-MS/MS data acquisition,data processing and structure identification. This paper reviewed the application of LC-MS technique in drug metabolism studies in respect to three aspects:data acquisition,data processing,and structure identification. This review provides methods and strategies for studies on drug metabolism by LC-MS.
