薄荷醇对黄芩苷角膜透过性的影响

目的:研究薄荷醇对黄芩苷通过离体角膜的影响,考察其与黄芩苷联合药用的可行性。方法:采用改良的立式Franz扩散池,以林格氏液为扩散介质考察在不同浓度薄荷醇的促进渗透下黄芩苷的离体兔角膜通透性。结果:0.01%、0.03%、0.05%、0.08%、0.1%薄荷醇分别使黄芩苷的表观渗透系数增加到7.27、16.09、20.32、50.18和52.05倍,与黄芩苷对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.01),且0.1%薄荷醇渗透效果最佳。应用促透剂后测定的角膜水化值与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),5 min内眨眼次数与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:薄荷醇对黄芩苷通过离体角膜有显著的促进作用,且对角膜无明显的刺激性。

Objective: To study the effect of menthol on the permeation of baicalin through in vitro cornea and investigate the feasibility of drug combination of menthol and baicalin. Methods: The improved upright Franz diffusion cell was used to investigate the permeability of baicalin through the rabbit cornea in vitro under the contribution of different concentrations with Ringer's solution as the diffusion medium. Results: Apparent osmotic coefficients of baicalin increased to 7.27,16.09,20.32,50.18 and 52.05 respectively,under the contribution of menthol with the concentrations of 0.01%,0.03%,0.05%,0.08% and 0.1%,which presented a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01),among which menthol with the concentration of 0.1% displayed the best osmotic effect.Compared with the control group,the cornea hydration values exhibited no significant difference after using the permeation enhancers(P>0.05).The winking times in five minutes exhibited no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Menthol has a significant effect on the permeation of baicalin through rabbit cornea in vitro,and the enhancer has no obvious irritative effect on cornea.
