目的:建立了离子色谱法电化学检测器测定中药材中的亚硫酸盐(以二氧化硫计)的残留量。方法:采用碱溶液提取中药材,提取液经在线渗析技术去除大分子杂质,离子色谱法测定亚硫酸根离子。色谱条件:保护柱Metrosep RP2 Guard、分析柱Metrosep A Supp 10-100,以100 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液作为淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,采用安培检测器检测。结果:亚硫酸钠浓度在2.042~51.05 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。结论:本方法操作简便,干扰少,选择性高,测定结果较为准确,可用于中药材中二氧化硫残留量的研究。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sulfite residues(in terms of sulfur dioxide) in the Chinese materia medica by ion chromatography(IC). Methods: After extraction with alkali solution,the sample solutions were treated with the inline dialysis sample pretreatment system to remove the impurities,and were then separated on a Metrosep A Supp 10-100 column with 100 mmol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution as the eluting agent at the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detector was amperometric detector. Results: The linearity range was 2.042-51.05 μg·mL-1,r=0.9999. Conclusion: This simple method has high selectivity and low interference for the determination of sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese materia medica.
