目的：建立HPLC-UV-ELSD联用法对双黄连系列制剂中连翘含量进行测定，并同时进行山银花的检查，在有效控制连翘质量的同时，考察双黄连系列制剂中金银花药材的投料情况。方法：采用相同色谱条件，不同检测器同时测定连翘苷含量与灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙，HPLC-UV法测定连翘药材中连翘苷的含量，HPLC-ELSD测定灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙，对金银花药材和山银花药材进行区别。结果：在2种双黄连系列固体制剂中检出山银花。结论：所建立的方法简便、准确，能够准确测定连翘苷的含量，并判断处方中金银花药材的投料应用情况。

Objective: To develop an HPLC-UV-ELSD method for simultaneous determination of the Forsythiae Fructus content and detection of Lonicerae Flos in serial Shuanghuanglian preparations,so as to simultaneously investigate the use of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in the manufacturing of Shuanghuanglian preparations and effectively control the quality of Forsythiae Fructus. Methods: Analysis of phillyrin and detection of macranthoidin B were carried out simultaneously under the same chromatographic condition.Phillyrin and macranthoidin B were detected by UV detector and ELSD,respectively. Results: The method could distinguish Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos effectively.Lonicerae Flos was detected in two solid preparations. Conclusion: The established method developed is simple and accurate,which can accurately determine the content of phillyrin and effectively detect the use of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos by a single analysis.
