保健食品中非法添加药物检测技术研究进展

通过对保健食品行业近年来存在的非法添加药物现状的总结，以常见的六大类保健食品为代表，依据与保健功能声称相关的药物药理作用及副作用为溯源基础，对保健食品中可能非法添加的药物及危害进行总结；同时针对性地介绍了非法添加药物的检测技术，包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、直接实时分析质谱及离子迁移谱，以期在保健食品打击非法添加重点监测和日常检测中提供参考，为保健食品非法添加行为的发现提供思路。

This paper summarized the current situation that illegal addition of medicine in health food became a common and dangerous phenomenon in health food industry in recent years.Drugs which may be added illegally to health food and their hazards were summarized according to their pharmacological activities related to claimed efficacy of health food as well as side effects,taking six common categories of health food as representatives.The analytical methodologies utilized for the determination of illegally added drugs in health food,including HPLC,GC-MS,HPLC-MS,DART,and IMS,were introduced in order to provide reference and screening directions for key monitoring and routine test on illegally added drugs in health food.
