目的:对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定马钱子中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)含量的不确定度进行评定。方法:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定马钱子Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量,通过对测定方法流程进行分析,确定不确定度来源,并计算合成不确定度。结果:用ICP-MS法测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg的扩展不确定度分别为As 0.17 mg·kg-1、Cd 0.039 mg·kg-1、Hg 0.029 mg·kg-1、Pb 0.15 mg·kg-1。结论:该方法适用于ICP-MS法测定马钱子中Pb、Cd、As、Hg的不确定度评定,为重金属及有害元素分析过程的不确定度评定提供了重要参考。

Objective: To establish an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of Pb,Cd,As and Hg in Strychni Semen by ICP-MS. Methods: To determine the contents of Pb,Cd,As and Hg in Strychni Semen by ICP-MS.The determination process was analyzed to identify the source of uncertainty and the combined uncertainty was calculated. Results: The expanded uncertainties of the test by ICP-MS were 0.17 mg·kg-1 for As,0.039 mg·kg-1 for Cd,0.054 mg·kg-1 for Hg,and 0.15 mg·kg-1 for Pb. Conclusion: This method is applicable for the uncertainty evaluation of Pb,Cd,As and Hg determination.It provides an important reference for the uncertainty evaluation for the heavy metal determination in Strychni Semen.
