人参花与黄芪、麦冬配伍的研究

目的:研究人参花与黄芪、麦冬配伍后的主要化学成分变化和免疫力活性实验。方法:建立快速、灵敏的液相色谱方法,定量分析人参花中的人参皂苷Rd和Re。通过药理学方法考察人参花配伍前后对免疫力的影响。结果:人参花与黄芪、麦冬配伍后,人参皂苷Rd和Re的含量增加,与人参相关配伍趋势相似,但皂苷含量远高于人参根。人参花配伍后具有提高免疫力作用,优于人参根配伍。结论:建立的液相色谱方法可用于含有人参皂苷的药材和方剂定量分析。人参花与黄芪、麦冬配伍具有提高免疫力的功能。

Objective: To study the main chemical composition change and the effect of immunity activity improvement after the compatibility of ginseng flower with astragalus and liriope. Methods: A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatographic method was established for quantitative analysis of ginseng saponins,Rd and Re,of ginseng flower.The function of improving immunity was investigated with pharmacologic methods before and after the compatibility of ginseng flower. Results: After the compatibility of ginseng flower with astragalus and liriope,the content of Rd and Re increased,which was similar to the trend of ginseng compatibility;however,the content of ginseng saponins was much higher than that in ginseng root.The effect of enhancing immunity by the compatibility of ginseng flower was superior to that of ginseng root. Conclusion: The established method of liquid phase can be used for quantitative analysis of herbs and prescriptions containing ginseng saponins.Compatibility of ginseng flower with astragalus and liriope has the function of improving immunity.
