中药注射剂过敏反应体外评价方法研究进展

随着中药注射剂的广泛使用,其不良反应报告日益增多。目前采用的整体动物评价法灵敏度低、特异性差,不能有效指导临床合理用药。近年来出现了一些应用体外检测法研究中药注射剂过敏反应的报道。本文综合近年来国内外文献,对过敏反应体外检测法及其在中药注射剂中的应用进行了论述和评估。

With the widespread application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections,their adverse drug reaction(ADR)reports are increasing.Due to the poor sensitivity and specificity,the animal experiments used now cannot effectively instruct clinical rational drug use.In recent years,some studies on the in vitro evaluation methods have been reported.In this article,through reviewing relevant literatures in recent years,we made a comprehensive introduction and discussion on in vitro experimental methods and their applications on evaluating the hypersensitivity of TCM injections.
