微波消解-ICP/MS法测定替曲朵辛中的13种微量金属元素

目的:建立替曲朵辛中金属元素的测定方法。方法: 采用微波消解-ICP/MS法测定替曲朵辛中的Al、Mn、 Ni、As、Pb、V、Fe、Cu、Cd、Cr、Co、Zn 和Ba 共13种金属元素。结果: 方法检出限为0.03~1.5×10-9 g·g-1,牛肝标准物质加标回收率在85%~109%,各元素线性关系良好。结论: 微波消解-ICP/MS法用量少、检出限低、分析速度快、能同时分析替曲朵辛中多种元素。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of heavy metal elements in tetrodotoxin. Methods: ICP/MS was used to determine 13 metal elements in tetrodotoxin,including Al,Mn, Ni,As,Pb,V,Fe,Cu,Cd,Cr,Co,Zn and Ba. Results: The method detection limits for all target elements were with a range of 0.03-1.5×10-9 g·g-1,while the recovery values ranged from 85% to 109%.The correlation coefficients were good. Conclusion: The microwave digestion-ICP/MS method has a low detection limit,a fast analysis rate and it only requires a small amount of sample which can simultaneously analyze various elements in tetrodotoxin.
