目的:建立阿片类化合物中主要杂质氮氧化物的鉴别溶液,解决国内缺少该类杂质对照品的问题。方法: 选择盐酸纳洛酮、磷酸可待因、盐酸氢可酮、蒂巴因、盐酸羟考酮5种代表性的阿片类化合物,采用溶剂溶解,双氧水加热破坏的方法得到氮氧化物的鉴别溶液,并采用UPLC-MS/MS法进行验证。结果: 经UPLC-MS/MS验证,基本确定破坏得到了5种阿片类化合物的氮氧化物鉴别溶液。结论: 该方法简便、准确,可推广应用于阿片类化合物中主要杂质氮氧化物的定位鉴别。

Objective: To establish the identification solutions of the main related N-oxide compounds for opioids to solve the problem of lack of N-oxide reference standards in our nation. Methods: Five selected typical opioid compounds were dissolved in the H2O2 solution with thermal destruction respectively,thus the oxidation stress treated solutions were obtained to be used as the identification solutions of related N-oxides reference after being verified by UPLC-MS/MS. Results: It was verified by UPLC-MS/MS that the oxidation stress treated opioids solutions could be successfully used as the identification solution for the five N-oxide compounds in opioid compounds. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,and its application can be promoted for location identification of main N-oxides in opioid compounds.
