杀菌止痒洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的: 建立杀菌止痒洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。 方法: 采用Comatex C_18-AA(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.04%三乙胺缓冲液(磷酸调pH至6.5)梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min^-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)》计算相似度。 结果: 根据10批杀菌止痒洗剂的对照指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰,其相似度均大于0.9。 结论: 该方法简便、稳定、重复性好,可为杀菌止痒洗剂质量控制提供依据。

Objective: To establish analysis methods for fingerprint of Shajunzhiyang Lotion by HPLC. Methods: A Comatex C_18-AA column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-0.04% triethylamine buffer solution(adding phosphoric acid to adjust the pH value to 6.5)as the mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.The similarities of the 10 batches of samples were compared by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of CMM Version 2004A. Results: Based on the fingerprints of 10 batches of Shajunzhiyang Lotion,15 common peaks were identified,the similarities were greater than 0.9 among all batches. Conclusion: The method is simple,steady,and repeatable.It provides a basis for the quality control of Shajunzhiyang Lotion.
