柴胡挥发油中有效解热成分的研究

目的: 考察柴胡挥发油中的有效解热成分。 方法: 用色谱法分离柴胡挥发油,分离后的各组分分别测试是否对内毒素所致家兔体温升高有解热作用。 结果: 柴胡挥发油经分离后得到的组分2对内毒素引起的家兔体温升高有明显的解热作用,其退热作用比未分离的挥发油的退热作用明显。 结论: 经分离后的组分2可能是柴胡挥发油解热作用的主要物质基础。

Objective: To determine the antipyretic active component of the volatile oil in Bupleurum chinense DC. Method: The volatile oil was separated by chromatographic column. The antipyretic effects of each component were examined on febrile New Zealand white rabbits induced by endotoxine. Results: The studies showed that the antipyretic effect of group 2 was more significant than crude oil. Conclusion: The study finding demonstrates the component of group 2 has better effect for the fever treatment and may be the main active ingredients of volatile oil of Bupleuurm Chinese DC.
