目的: 建立离子色谱法测定口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的总钠和钾的含量。 方法: 采用IonPac CS 12A色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm,8.5 μm);淋洗液:20 mmol·L -1的甲烷磺酸溶液;流速:1.0 mL· min -1;抑制器:CSRS ULTRAⅡ 4 mm 自身循环抑制器;抑制电流:90 mA;电导检测器,温度35 ℃。 结果: 钠离子和钾离子的线性范围分别为2.994~299.4 μg·mL -1(r = 1.000)和0.9104~91.04 μg·mL -1(r=1.000),回收率分别为101.0%和100.2%。 结论: 本方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好,可用于口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的总钠和钾的含量测定。

Objective: To establish an ion chromatography (IC) method to determine total sodium and potassium in oral rehydration salts powder (Ⅱ). Methods: The assay was performed on an IonPac CS 12A column (250 mm×4 mm,8.5 μm) with 20 mmol·L -1 methanesulfonic acid solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The suppressor was CSRS ULTRAⅡ 4 mm self-regenerating suppressor with 90 mA suppression current.The temperature of electrolytic conductivity detector was 35 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of sodium and potassium were 2.994-299.4 μg·ml -1 (r = 1.000) and 0.9104-91.04 μg·ml -1 (r=1.000),respectively.The average recoveries (n=9) of sodium and potassium were 101.0% and 100.2%,respectively. Conclusions: The method is proved to be rapid,accurate,convenient,repeatable,and suitable for the determination of total sodium and potassium in oral rehdration salts powder (Ⅱ).
