目的: 建立HPLC-DAD法快速筛查检验降糖类保健食品及中成药中添加的12种化学药品,为保健食品和中成药中添加的化学降糖药提供检测方法。 方法: Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以0.014%三氟乙酸、乙腈、0.21%庚烷磺酸钠为三元梯度洗脱流动相,柱温30 ℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。 结果: 12种化学降糖药实现了同时分离与专属性鉴别;利用本法,从18种28批样品中检出7种11批非法添加化学药品。 结论: 本法可以有效地用于快速筛查和定量检验降糖类保健食品及中成药中添加的12种化学降糖药。

Objective: To establish a rapid screening test using HPLC for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of anti-diabetic agents that are added in traditional Chinese medicines and health care products. Methods: The analyses were carried out under following conditions:column:Agilent Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5 μm,);mobile phase:ternary gradient elution mobile phase consisted of 0.014% of three acetic acids,0.21% sodium heptanesulfonate,and acetonitrile;column temperature:30 ℃;detection wavelength:220 nm. Results: Totally 12 kinds of anti-diabetic agents were well separated.Using this method,7 kinds 11 batches of illegally added chemicals were detected from 18 kinds 28 batches of samples. Conclusions: The established method is simple and rapid,which provides a reliable way for detecting 12 anti-diabetic agents in traditional Chinese medicines and health care products.
