电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法在国内药物分析中的应用现状

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法是元素分析的一种常用方法,具有检出限低、准确度高、动态线性范围宽且多种元素同时测定等优点,其在药物分析领域的应用潜力巨大。本文综述了近年来ICP-AES法在国内药物分析中的应用现状,主要包括中药材及成药中重金属检测、化学药品中金属杂质检测、常量元素的含量测定、非金属元素的测定、生化样品测定、药物代谢动力学测定等方面,并对这一分析方法的发展做了展望。

Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)is a common method for element analysis with many advantages,such as low detection limit,high accuracy,wide dynamic linear range and simultaneous determination of multiple elements,etc,which has great application potential in pharmaceutical analysis fields.This paper reviews the application situation of ICP-AES in the domestic pharmaceutical analysis,mainly including heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine,elemental impurities in chemical medicine,assay of major elements,determination of non-metal elements,biochemical samples,drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics,etc,and describes the prospect of the development of this technique.
