随着抗生素在动物饲养过程中的普遍应用,不可避免地造成动物源性食品(牛奶、肉类、水产品、鸡蛋、蜂蜜等)中抗生素的残留,从而对人体健康造成潜在的危害。本文以动物源性食品为检测对象,论述了残留抗生素分析中常用样品前处理方法及其检测方法,并展望了前处理及检测方法的未来发展趋势。

With the widely application of antibiotics in animal breeding process,there are increasing problems of antibiotic residues in animal derived food(milk,meat,aquatic products,eggs,honey,etc.)which cause potential harm to human health.This paper describes various classic pretreatments and analytical methods for antibiotic residue analysis of animal derived food and prospect the future trends.
